  • Landmark TLV Project

    ​In September 2015 the Company, together with Melisron Ltd, won a tender for the land purchase and development of a mixed-use project of office​s and retail at the Sarona compound in Tel Aviv.

    The construction is expected to be completed in 2021, and the project will be built on a land plot of approx. 13,000 m2 with an overall built area of approx. 114,000 m2, from which approx.106,000 m2 are designated for offices and about 8,000 m2 for retail.

    The Company is activ​​ely seeking to increase the building rights in the complex to approx. 166,000 m2 in accorda​nce with the applicable zoning.​​

  • Government District​ , Jerusalem​​

    ​In august 2016 the company won a tender for Planning, construction and operation of The Government District ​ in Jerusalem.​​ The new complex, which consists of two office tow​​​ers with 24 floors each, will coordinate a large number of government offices that currently are scat​tered throughout the city. 

    Among the offices that are expected to move to new location can be found the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Aliyah and Immigr​ant absorption, the Immigration Authority, Ministry of Interior, and more.​​

    ​​in June 2016 the company won the tender of the Ministry of finance for planning  and construction of the Ministry of Justice in Jerusalem​​ The new complex​​ will cover an are​​a of appro​ximately 65000 square meters including an underground building 5 floors and an office tower that rises to a height of 14 floors and a com​​mercial floor.

    ​In January 2018, the company won a tender for the construction of long-term rental housing in Shoham.​ As part of the project, 270 long-term rental housing units will be built, and 50% of which will be rented at a controlled price.​ ​

  • The IDF's Digital Communications Center

    ​In June 2018, the company together with Shikun & Binui won a tender from the Ministry of Defense for the construction of the IDF's digital communications center in Be'er Sheva. The 180k sqm campus, of which 170,000 square meters will be built, will serve 5,000 soldiers and career soldiers.
